Flat tracks v bumpy tracks

I do keep fit everday.This often means cycling, floor exercise and sometimes jogging. The latter is and has always been a problem for me as I have a big chest and even wearing the correct bra isn't comfortable.

When I jog I get a rocking motion just below my sagging head. It isn't good!
