Women once upon a time seemed to look forward to having their periods as this was the time they could relax and get away from sex.

In many religions it is a sin to have sex during the menstrual period and so women have constantly used this to get some time to themselves and to not be bothered by men wanting to poke them.

I hate my periods. My tummy swells, my headaches and I feel irritable. So it is best to keep away from me during this time. However, just before them or just after them I am very sexual and wanton so if you do get to know my cycle these are good times to visit.

Some men are put off by periods. However, there are many who are not! Some make the joke that it is just one hole barred and I have two more! Very funny!

Like most things in life if you are not huring anyone and it makes you happy then go for it. Sex during the menstrual cycle is not unhealthy, infact many doctors say it is good for the body. However, if the people playing don't like it then don't go there!
